Google Hit By Another 1 Million Euro Fine For Street View Project

It’s just a matter of time when Google got relief from Europe accusation and paid out a big amount to the Govt. the can India accusation of business manipulation a matter with a matrimony website so Indian Govt, charge a huge amount too. Now there is a problem arises with Google’s street view project, which has been hit by another fine for legal predicament with its street view project. Company had forced to pay 1 million Euros because according to Italian Govt. Google Violates the Data Protection Authority with which its street view cars were not sufficiently identifiable, the SENSE Technology that company using it makes Google to pay that much amount of money to Italian govt. Govt. do not wanted to photographed those people who are standing there at the time of the capturing and so if those people want to be photographed then only firm can take a picture of them.

Cnet reported “Google sends its Street View cars around the world to photograph different regions, landmarks, and other sites to include in its Google Maps. The current lineup of recognizable with the label "Google Maps Street View" on the doors and a huge camera mounted on the roof. But the case with Italy harkens back to 2010. And the DPA did say that Google promptly followed its request to correct the problem by clearly marking its Street View cars and using its Web site and local media to alert people to the areas Street View would cover.”

The same event has also been raised by Microsoft earlier but company didn’t take the matter seriously. Google already been sued for several time worldwide on the complaints of different people or organization. Company responded the lawsuit and blurred those people, buildings, homes and licensed plates in the pictures.
